Terry Parkman, Global NextGen Lead

Terry serves as the founder of Next Generation Leader, a leadership group committed to seeing the next generation of leaders discover their purpose. Terry also serves as the Global NextGen Lead for Empowered21 NextGen Network, the Global NextGen Ambassador for OneHope, and as the NextGen Catalyst and Lead Campus Pastor at River Valley Church in Minneapolis, MN. He lives in the Minneapolis metro area with his wife, Christian, and his daughters, Avalie and Nova

Augustine Mendoza, Vice Chair

Augustine is on staff at Oral Roberts University and operates as a campus pastor and Senior Director of Spiritual Life. Augustine regularly speaks on discipleship, leadership development for young leaders, and pursuing Jesus wholeheartedly. He is also passionate about sexual integrity and hosts the Sonship and Sexuality podcast that specifically focuses on encouraging young men to live a life of purity. Augustine serves as one of the co-vice chairs for the Empowered21 NextGen Network team and loves engaging with youth and young adult leaders all over the world. Augustine lives in Tulsa, OK with his wife, Allie, and their beloved rescue pit bull, Rory.

Allie Mendoza, Vice Chair

Allie is passionate about empowering young adults to live missionally and reaching the nations with the Gospel. She serves at Oral Roberts University as the Senior Director of ORU Missions and Outreach and loves training and discipling students to serve the global church through strategic short-term missions and community outreach. Allie earned her Masters of Divinity in 2020, is an adjunct professor, and serves as a co-vice chair of Empowered21 NextGen Network. Allie lives in Tulsa, OK with her husband, Augustine, and their beloved rescue pit bull, Rory.

André Ito Gonçalves, Vice Chair

André is a creative leader in the church sphere and in the marketplace. With a business, entertainment, and marketing background, in his decade-long career he's worked with global brands such as Netflix, Cadbury, Burger King, Sony, and Coco-Cola. He currently works as a marketing consultant, serving in communication with OneHope and as a Global Ambassador for The Chosen. He also serves as a co-vice chair for Empowered21 NextGen Network. André and his wife, Gabriela, oversee the 2000+ next gen ministry of Zion Church, He and Gabriela currently live in São Paulo with their kids, Louise and Oliver.
